Wendy Newton lives near the Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego County markets. She honed her marketing and customer service skills in sales before following her passion for helping others into a role in educational administration. Wendy’s personal experiences with real estate piqued her interest in the industry, and she started working with an agent. She was immediately attracted by the opportunity to help other people achieve their dreams while creating a work-life balance, and Wendy earned her license in 2014.
 
Wendy always puts the customer first. She truly listens to her clients’ needs and exceeds their expectations. She prides herself on supplying superior service with honesty and integrity. Wendy has the patience and cool head to handle any stressors or curveballs, and she provides a smooth and pleasant experience for both buyers and sellers. Wendy consistently advocates for her clients and is always available to answer any questions. She has experience with first-time buyers, luxury properties, military relocations, and retirees, but she works with all demographics.
 
Wendy values giving back to her community. She is active with multiple charities and volunteers as much as she can, from school supplies and diaper drives to birthday parties for children with special needs. Wendy always makes time for her family, and she enjoys traveling, baking, and sewing.
