South Texas native Sammie Morin understands firsthand the complexities that come with making a move. Whether it’s across town, across the country, or across the globe, Sammie’s personal and professional experience are key factors when guiding her Spanish- and English-speaking clients through some of their biggest and most exciting life changes.
 
Since 2019, Sammie has served first-time homebuyers, retirees, military personnel and veterans, and investors with simplicity and ease. An experienced real estate investor and new-build specialist, Sammie has insights on all the new developments in the Inland Empire, and she can assist with buying or selling residential properties all over Southern California.
 
As the spouse of a U.S. Marine, Sammie and her family experienced relocating and living in diverse places all over the world — from Arizona and North Carolina to Okinawa, Japan. Sammie draws from her personal experience to help make her client’s home purchase or sale as smooth as possible. Her integrity, professionalism, and expert negotiation skills earned her recognition as Buyer’s Agent of the Year in 2021.
 
Sammie is inspired by her three boys to be a positive role model of hard work, faith, and perseverance. In her free time, Sammie can be found walking with her two French bulldogs and her Yorkiepoo in her Murrieta, California, neighborhood.
