Meet Lori Kay

Born and raised in Central CA, Lori Kay Morgan offers local expertise, genuine empathy, and impeccable integrity to Central and Northern CA areas, however specializing in the Mariposa, and Sacramento markets. Lori Kay began her career in the medical sphere, where she honed her talents for making people feel at ease and keeping calm in stressful situations. She developed an interest in real estate when an agent friend recognized that Lori Kay was a perfect fit for the industry. She dove in headfirst, ready to live her dreams by helping others live theirs.

Lori Kay prides herself on creating a smooth, stress-free experience. She treats every client with respect and compassion, and she cultivates an environment where they can feel safe to ask questions. Lori Kay’s ultimate goal is to help her clients start a new chapter in their lives, and nothing makes her happier than seeing their joy at closing. Lori Kay is particularly passionate about guiding first-time buyers through the real estate process, and she also specializes in vacation homes.

Lori Kay is a pillar of her local community. She is the proud wife of a CAL FIRE Staff Chief in the Wildfire Preparedness Division in the Office of the State Fire Marshal. Together, they are dedicated to helping not only the Fire Fighter Families, but also fire victims. Lori Kay holds leadership positions with multiple organizations, including as the Treasurer of the Ponderosa Basin Mutual Water Board, a Director of the Mariposa County Board of REALTORS®, a member of the Mariposa Chamber of Commerce and most recent nominated Mariposa Chamber of Commerce Businesswoman of the 2024. However, family always comes first for Lori Kay, and she loves exploring the country with her husband in their 1975 Newell Coach.
